Help with South Pacific mod

-I´m making a mod based on the South Pacific scenario. The objective is to have a scenario similar to that of UV, but running in the better WiTP engine. I´ve extended the scenario until Dec/43 and currently I´m reworking the aircraft OOB. To accomplish that, I´m using mostly the UV database and some historical research (like including a Ventura night fighter squadron in 1943). Howere there is a trouble with USAAF OOB. In WiTP, aircraft are organized in groups, while in UV they are organized in squadrons, so I have two alternatives.
1-Ignore WiTP database and build OOB from the scratch with UV database
2-Keep the Group organization, except in the situations where a group were equipped with more than one aircraft. In that case, I must know the composition of each group in order to see what are the squadrons that must be included. While I got a good OOB for 5th Airforce in the web, I cannot get good material related to the 13th airforce. So, I have two doubts.
1-Where could I get information, in the web, about the 13th airforce OOB and where they operated?
2-Is there another formation I must consider besides those two AF´s?

I've been waiting for someone to do this for a long time as I find the South Pacific scenario very interesting.

I'll try and help out a bit if I can.
Here is one to start out with for the 13th AF :

The lenght of the scenario. WitP South Pac scenarios end in jan/feb 43 iirc. I'm not sure when they end in UV but it would be nice to be able to play longer then early 1943

-I think this scenario could become more interesting under the WiTP engine, since we could change aircraft replacement rates, introduce new aircraft, create limits to supply (which were absent from UV), set replacement rates for land equipment. More important is that I want to test some changes I did in some game variables to fix a few annoying troubles (like the all powerful B-17´s and the effectiveness of level bombers vs ships). My opinion is that WiTP has a good potential for small map scenarios. This one in particular could be enlarged to include operations in Central Pacific if the changes I did are satisfactory.
