Playing Sweden and Allied to Russia, I was in the process of attacking the Danes, after conquering Zeeland, I moved my Armies to Jutland but the battle never occurred..On the next turn the Danes became the protectorate of Russia....since I was allied to Russia, the only option I had was to break the Alliance.....now I thought this was a clever AI move and I posted this in the main forum, buy MOGAMI reminded me of the rule which does not allow this, as he states: "That appears to be in violation of rules for Protectorates.
