I know this is going to be hard for a lot of you to believe, but we all don't have 1 GIG Hard drives and Pentium II+ machines.

I'm gonna download this sucker over the weekend hopefully. How much HD space am I gonna have to clear to play SPWAW without videos (AND without sound if need be)? Are we talking around 300 MEG here? Thanks for the info, I appreciate it!

Hi Rhino,
The lite file installs to a total of 285MB, but of course you need a lot of extra space to unpack from the zip file. I have 1 GB HD and needed nearly 600 MBs of that free to do the install from my HD and I had to get a bit 'tricky' to do it in that space. From an Install file on a CD you would need a total of around 350 MB to install and play, including the space Windows needs for a swap file. I think. please correct me if I am wrong. It is a big step up from the 40MB install of SP3, but well worth it.

THe sound will make you run for cover! Yes, around 300 megs. As they get better, they get bigger...and I'll leave that alone (G)
