I notice when I load a save file that the "most favorite nation flag" next to minor's does not appear. It will appear on the next turn though. This is very repeatable and haven't noticed anybody mentioning it yet on the forum.

I wonder if this is a similar issue to not getting the prompt if you want to end your turn after the first turn on a loaded save??
