On my turn, if I hit the "Y" key by accident (usally trying to hit T to target) my game crashes. Also, my autosave does not appear to be working at all. Any ideas?

Don't hit t "Y" key. It happens to me too... mostly when I've been using it to OK opportunity fire in the resolution phase. Apparently it's incurable (the bug, that is).
