New side to existing bug??

I am not sure if this is a new twist to an existing bug, or if it has already been seen.
Detailed Battles, "They Rout, You Rout" bug/crash.
I never used to see this "bug" but it is now happening much more frequently, but there is now an added twist. As France defending Flanders against Russia, my Army c.58,000 2Cav, 2Art, 4Inf, 5leaders, and 20 upgrades. Russians; c.39,000, consisting of 3 weak cossack cav, 2 weakened inf, 4 militia, 2leaders, 11 upgrades....... my lowest level of morale when my units broke was 6.99!! The results screen showed my casualties to be 1245 and his to be 26506.
I have thought before that my army was wavering and breaking too easil, this was the first time that I actually bothered to right click every unit to check their morale status. After running through the turn, when they all routed, I had another look at all my units, their morale values were still all 5+. (even supply wagon).
Am I missing something here? Should an army with 6+ morale and less than 3% casualties be running from the field? Or is this all part of the we run they run crash?
