I was fiddling around with the custom options and thought of a question about modifying the amount of supplies each faction gets. If I give myself or an AI faction extra supplies does that come out of the production limit or does that faction get those supplies for free? Thanks in advance for any input [:)]

They get those supplies free each turn.
I'm not too sure where they get them though...
