Some said that the movement sounds are too loud, and I feel the same.
But its easy to change. Load the following sounds into a wave editor and decrease the volume by 60% (most shareware editors should do it):
78.wav, 79.wav, 80.wav

This accounts for the loudest sound (tank moving).
If you want to adjust the other movement sounds(Halftrack, etc.), load the following and decrease the volume by 50%:
24-26.wav
42-43.wav
54-56.wav
58-59.wav
63-65.wav
75-77.wav
