A few observations..

After finishing my first game using the patch I made a few observations:
(1792 campaign, 23 year limit, 5000 vp, playing France)

1. Sweden were throwing 650 CoG$ after Bavaria every month for at least 6 month... with no apparent drain on their treasury(constantly being around 2100 CoG$)

2. During a war between Prussia and Turkey+Sweden I suddenly found myself to be the proud owner of Berlin? I had Silesia at the time and an army placed there observing the slaugther next door. No treaty giving it to me and no alliance with Prussia!?

3. When Prussia finished the war mentioned before, having only West Prussia left of their realm. They (maybe in a moment of extreme optimism) declared war on me along with Austria. They surrendered a month later and I took the last province.. end of Prussia.. NO. The Prussian army keept hanging around Berlin for the rest of the game.

4. The game ended in late 1805. After 12 years of many, many bloody battles I never saw a single newly promoted leader. I was lucky I never lost a leader, but my enemies lost many...

5. [:)] Not a single CTD [:)]

6. When my income reached 2500 CoG$, waste was around 64%... after that it just got worse. Bug or feature? [:)]

Concerning #1, what difficulty did you have? At higher levels the AI is awash with money.

for the leaders, not sure if it is working right, one thing that has to happen is the 15000 killed, not sure if that is both sides or your side, now to be honest, I have had some bloody battles, but don't think I have ever had 15000 killed (I have lost 60000 to lack of supply)

but I think, that is on the list, and if it is not, it will be :)

yeah i've been looking for new leaders but don't have enough sample size yet - although definitely had a bunch of +2000 casualty fights so far
