I installed the game on two different PC's. On the one with the Geforce 5600 Fx, it is unplayable, because every display (Diplomacy, Economy..) is mixed up and therefore unreadable. On the start screen, i cannot change the opponents strength, because it is not visible (the patch is installed on both PC's, both running Windows XP). There are no problems with the second computer (Intel 82865G Graphic Adapter), even using a resolution of 1280x1024.

What can I do? Thanks for your Help

Hey, not really sure but try this.
Change your DPI settings to the default / normal 96dpi. To do this Right Click on Desktop > PROPERTIES > SETTINGS > ADVANCED

Great, that's the solution! Now the Game runs perfect under 1280x1024 on a LCD-Monitor.
