Misplaced serial #

My xp crashed and I had to format my hard drive, causing me to lose my Battles in Normandy. When I went to reinstall I couldn't find a record of my serial#. I have my packing list with my order#90578644 on 12/10, but no serial number. Help!

You can retrieve the serial number at any time.
Please go to our E-Store and click on "Store FAQs" , there check the "I need to lookup my serial / unlock key" link. Or go to
www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number and password.

Niether worked. The order details include ups tracking info, but not the serial number. There are location numbers, item numbers, sku numbers, but no serial number. No info on the invoice either. The only place I've ever seen it was on the email I lost when xp crashed.
