Help [:D] I want to upgrade to 1.1

I seem to have misplaced the email or what ever I got to allow me to install the game.

I bought the game about the time that it came out by digital download. But I also ordered the CD which I have received.

But the CD only seems to have an Order number and a CD number on it. Presumably neither of those are OK.

I've downloaded the patch from the Members Area. But of course it asks for the Serial Number when you try to apply it.

Who do I need to talk to? What proof will I need to give? I don't have the confirmation email I would have received when I downloaded the game so I don't seem to have a receipt....[&:]

go to the members area (sign in or sign up if not already) you should be able to find a link or what not that will send you all of your S Numbers that are on file

or write/PM one of the guys from Matrix, they are pretty helpful and should be able to get you on track

one thing I do, I got a notepad file saved in my Matrix folder, and each game I get, I add the number to that file and then save it (got 2 of them on different drives)

The Members Area is only capable of retrieving your serial number if you registered it there.

Neither of those methods worked for me [:(] So I searched harder for my email - found it [:)] and applied the patch.

I double checked the Order ID on the CD and the one on my now found email and they were the same. So I don't know why neither that or my Credit Card details worked....

Anyway I am all sorted now [:)]
