At Tanker's request, and since his computer decided to commit hara-kiri, I'm posting a couple of screenshots of some newly added Chinese ships. First, CL Ying Jui, a two-ship class:

Here's a screenie from the battle of Shanghai Roads, featuring the five Chinese CL's fighting a Japanese cruiser-destroyer group. As you can probably tell from their data, they didn't do very well...

The battle spilled over into the day pulse of the turn, and ended with two Japanese DD's sunk, and all other Japanese ships damaged to one degree or another, in exchange for one Chinese CL lost, three others guaranteed to sink during the following turns, and one reasonably undamaged.

Considering the circumstances, the Chinese cruisers probably did as well as could be expected.
