I am sure someone has probably done this before, but check out these screenshots of UV running with Witp screen art. This are will work in both UV and Witp.

No suprising as WITP was based on the UV game model.[;)]

But now that I have a new set of WitP screens for UV, I would like to copy all the in-game art for the ships, aircraft, (effects if that is possible), and sounds to UV as well.

I don't know if any of this is possible. There may be some real issues. But I would like to hear from anyone that has attempted this already. Surely someone has done this.

I have a command file now that copies all my alternative screen art to the UV\Art directory, then it copies some buttons, icons, etc from WitP\Art to UV\Art, but I would like to add commands to this file to copy aircraft and plane art too.

Are the sounds in WitP any better than those in UV, or is it not worth futzing with in the first place.

Any insight anyone can offer on this subject would be appreciated.

I found that the sounds in WitP are just as bad as in UV. On Spooky's site http://mathubert.free.fr/ there are some replacement sound files for WitP.
