Great job everyone.

1) Can I install 1.04 over 1.02 without mucking things up?
2) Do I have to upgrade the map to 4.x before I do this?
3) I am in June 42 as the Allies. Are the changes this significant/great/etc that is it worthwhile to start over on 1.04?

Yes but any database changes will not be applied to your game in progress.

The new CHS was designed with Map 4 in mind.

IMO The changes in China are very significant. Although vs the AI they may not be as telling.
