These are probably very easily answered questions but I can't seem to find the answer in the rule book.

How do you create new "containers" ie. Corps, Armies?

Are the ranges for the various units listed anywhere? How far can a line unit shoot, rifle unit, artilery etc.?

Container units: you gotta build em. You need barracks about 3 to build armies, and barracks 5 to build corps. (Or get a protectorate that has what you need - several minor countries have armies and several have corps)

Ranges: I think it is in the manual.

I've been through the manual twice now and can't find the ranges anywhere. Can someone tell me the page or section?
