Installation Problems - I have no serial number

I pruchased and dowloaded Spartan from Digital River. On the recipt they sent me, there was no activation code/serial number. It actually said" Not Available". When I tried to install the software I was asked for the serial number. I emailed Digital River's tech support and they informed me that they cannot help and I should contact the software company. Since I do not have a CD version of the game, and was not provided with the required serial number by Digital River, how do I install the game?

Digital River should definitely have been able to provide you with the serial number. I'm disappointed to hear that they did not provide you with good support.
If you still have your order number from the receipt, please go to
www.findmyorder.com. Enter your info there and you should be able to retrieve your serial number. If that doesn't work, please e-mail us at
support@matrixgames.com with your order info and we'll track down the exact serial number that should have been sent to you and get you up and running.
