whenever I try to airlift supply to a surronded korps, its supply level remains "0". is there a bug to be fixed?

If I'm not mistaken,an airlift only raises the readiness of the units that are being airlifted supplies.But has no effect on the SL of the Korps in question.

This is a modification to the original rules from the manual.People would air suppply their PzKorps and happily go forward, so a change was introduced and the SL no longer increases.
