cannot download patch. need help

I purchased this game and am now trying to install the v1.30 patch. the computer is telling me i have an invalid serial number. I am using the serial number I was given upon purchasing this game. Need help. Any would be welcomed. thanks much.

from experience. The program here sometimes fails to recognize the serial number. As I recall you use the dashes in the number, I have had to try several times in the past with the correct number. A couple times I had to leave matrix and come back to get it to work.
