How can you get permanent control over the enemy capitol province? Is that what the "total war" declaration is all about?
Seeing as I prefer to play Prussia, this is shocking. BTW...it'd have been better, I reckon, if they'd made Bavaria the 8th Power instead of Sweden. I'm certain Bavaria put more men through the gristmill of war than little Sweden.
But then again...so many Swedes at the EIA site imploring, beggin, and cajoling so they can play their little country. Where was the Bavarian lobby, dang-it!?!?

Well, that wasn't the idea of the post....
but, yea, total war will let you take over the Cap of the enemy when you knock them totally out of the battle
Prussias downfall was nobodies fault but there own, they decided to DOW on me, while still at war with some of my Friends, I killed the Troops, my friends took there lands
nice friends

I actually looked right at that and thought nothing of it. I was just soooooo horrified at seeing the Union Jack waving over the Brandenburger Tor. "Shudder"

Speaking as a 3rd generation Swede in the US, let's just say old loyalties die hard
Sweden: We coulda been a contender, but we were always either too cold or too depressed.

Mebbe you'll get lucky and they'll create a 1712 version just for you Karl XII wannabe's.
He's one of my favorite warrior-kings. He just didn't know where to stop. hmmmm...mebbe that's the connection. They just never know where to stop.

I wouldn't either, at least not with an espionage of .40. To make it worse, you know he'll bend the rules in his favor. (Check out the Legal value) Hey, you're not trying to work in some sneaky "rule tweaks" into the new patch are you?
