Tutorial just stops?

I tried the first tutorial - spaced through the things I'm supposed to. I got to the part where you send 6 infantry units into the Netherlands, and they moved there. Then a "combat window" opens but nothing is there but the exit button!?!? There are no further instructions and nothing happens. What gives??

I swore there was a thread on taking pictures here, but I can't find it.
You can hit print screen while in WaW.
Alt - tab into the windows paint program.
Paste in the image.
Save the file
Attach it to a post.
I hope I remembered all the steps, I do this type of stuff on auto-pilot.

I doubt you have six infantry in the area (the 6 includes the Netherlands units in the area). Try to move more infantry into the Netherlands.
