So how about this one, then? Name That Warship:
Finnish coastal defence ship. Either Väinämöinen or Ilmarinen.
edit: That is probably Ilmarinen.

It's the Ilmarinen (according to the picture credits, at least).

In pre-war pictures Ilmarinen has a black ring painted on the mainmast.
