Need some help

Okay, I desperately want to order Lost victories, but do I have to pay the Fed Ex international rate if I live in the US? If I don't, how can I change this to a more affordable brand of shipping, say UPS 3 day? Can someone help?

If you live in the continental US, you don't have to pay International rates.

Thank you, but when I try to place the order, it will only let me have the international rate. What gives?

Personally, I didn't try to pre-order. I would suggest waiting until the "official" release before ordering, or just buy a gift certificate for now (which I did). That way you know the money is there waiting. I don't know why it wouldn't give you the regular rate, unless you confused it with Zip+4 or something like that. Since I haven't tried to actually order it yet, I haven't had the problem. I'm sure they'll get it straightened out.
