Is there a link or post that gives a primer about the morale of air units? If there is I would appreciate being pointed in the right direction.[&o]

In brief, if moral is poor stand down the unit. It also helps not to be at a Malarial base and to be properly supplied. Your leaders insperation also helps recover moral. But the main thing is rest.

I always use my bombers TOO much and have to REMEMBER to rest them! If you are not careful, you look and see them at 20% morale and it takes a while to build them back up!

Leaders, supply, and rest will do the trick. A few victories help as well...
