HttR Scenarios in CotA?

I thought about the possibility of bringing HttR scenarios to CotA to use the new features.
Would that be possible?
Map maker & scenario maker wouldn't be a problem but what about the equipment?
Will there be an editor for the equipment?
To make 1944 scenarios with 1941 equipment seems useless.
