The convert your serial # is not working for me. I have typed it in repeatedly but it won't work. As you know I have owned every version of the game you have produced so I can't see why I am having this problem. I sent the email asking for help but was hoping you might be able to speed up the process?

Make sure you are entering your order id not your serial number.

I cant seem to find my original ordering email but i have a serial # am i out of luck?

Can you retrieve your order ID at all? If not, e-mail us at support@matrixgames.com with your personal info and we'll look up your order ID for you.

Here is my problem....you asked for the email address I used when I bought the game and I can log-in using that address and the order #. However I have not used that email address for months after moving. So your registration says ytou are mailing the new order # or serial # to an out of date address that no longer is functional.

My current email address is: dneely57@cox.net

How can I get the new number sent to the correct address??????
