Looking for an opponent for Long Haul

I'll play either side, but I'm much more experienced as Allied. Want someone who will stick it out, sick of playing as Allied until summer 42 then having my opponent disappear (or after they lose a big carrier battle). If I play IJN I won't quit, but probably won't be horribly effective to start with due to lack of experience. I play 5-7 turns a week, often quite a few more on weekends when schedules mesh. I'm GMT - 8 (think that is right this time of year, I'm Mountain Time in US). Prefer the stock scen 15, but open to other house rules.

Yo might ask, there are people who will pick up games where one side has bailed( you do need to get the password though) [:D]

I had thought of that too, but didn't think someone would want someone else's work...not that the game is one sided or anything.

Actually, several of the AARs have had successive players. The trick though is getting the password.

Hi, I currently have a pbem going on with the allies, we have reached October, starting in May but my opponent does have little time to play at the moment. We've only done a dozen turns over the last two months. I have time for an other game, can play both sides though I have little experience withe Japanese. I'm GMT+1. I can do a turn most week days and sometimes more on Week ends.

I'm game for playing IJN, should be a new experience. Email me and we can discuss any house rules you want.
