Once purchased by download, can you re-download?

If one still has his serial number and has registered his game with Matrix, and one is an idiot and deleted the install file, is there anyway to re-download the game?
I'm asking...for a friend. No way I'd be that stupid. [8|]

Yes, go tot he "shop" page and "check your order" or something like that.

Hi,
go to
www.findmyorder.com, and then once you put in your last 5 numbers of your credit card you'll be able to re-download all the games you want! Say your computer goes bust and then...
