Name this vehicle that appears in WPO.

Looks like a T2, AFAIK only 1 built by James Cunningham & Sons Company sometime around 1931.

The design was finished in 1929, and the protoype produced in 1930. Not really good tank, but something (in VERY) limited quantities to fool around with.
