I think the old site listed the links to downloads like face packs, etc. Where are those links listed now? Or am I mistaken [:)]?

A small bump. I am specifically looking for the fictional player face pack (which I think exists). Thanks.

I'm not sure of the answer to that, but I'll inquire with Shaun. We can certainly host add-on type content in our Members' Club so anything that was available in the past could be posted there if the files are provided to us.

I headed up a project that built a facepack using MZitalia's face generator. There's about 2600 faces, though they are a touch repetitive.

I'm fairly sure that Shaun and the rest of the community built a separate facepack.

If you would like the MZitalia one, just shoot me a message (does this forum support PM?) and I'll hook you up.

I have updated the downloads page at the PureSim web site to include the face pack that the community created last year.

It contains about 1,000 fictional player photos.

How do you get the game to populate the players with the faces?
I have been doing it manually.

Apathy, go to Options and Utilities from the Home screen (also avaliable from the Main screen). Under the 'General Options' tab you will find a section towards the bottom named 'Additional Utilities'. The first button is called 'Auto-Assign player photos'.

There is nothing there relating to face packs.

The fictional facepack should now be hosted in the members' section

I cannot find it.

I think a sticky or some other way to direct people where to go might be helpful.

-Go to the "Members" page
-Click on "Sign In"
-Sign in
-Click on "Registered Downloads
-Under "PureSim Baseball 2005 Gold Edition," click on "downloads" (if you have not registered your game, the only option available will be "register")
-You should now have the list of available downloads, one of which is the facepack

Does anyone still have the facepack that BrianK made?
