My question for the forum: is it possible to divide the German force pool between German units and their minor allies. I'm thinking of some type of sleight of hand by which the infantry units of Vichy France, Finland (and Fascist Spain in Franco's Alliance) would no longer count against German tech expenditures on infantry. Seems a bit contrived for those units to count against Germany's overall infantry force pool, while Italy can't even build infantry period. Any ideas?

In Franco's Alliance 2.0 I was going to address that very issue. I had realized before that including Spainish troops in Germany's force pool had made teching a little more expensive. I am just about finished with my mod and will be posting later today(Sunday). What I'm planning on doing is giving Germany a free point in infantry tech. As far as the other units in Spain there is not enough of them to matter much. The Spanish fighter for instance is balanced by removing the Finnish one so that one does not matter.
