decompression error

ive downloaded and am now tryin to install COG but i keep getting these errors when installing. ive recently reinstalled windows so maybe im missign some file
help

Sounds like a not finished or corrupted download, repsectivly a corrupted installation. Please verify the file size you download with this one here: 415 MB.
In case of a corrupted installation please uninstall and reinstall, make sure you do not run any kind of virus scanner or security applications while you install as these can interfere with the installation process.
You can retrieve the download link at any time (up to 30days from date of order).

file size is fine. could it be some kind of extaction error?
