Our apologies with the delay getting version 7 up. We had hoped to get it up for this weekend, but getting our new releases ready so there is a snowball's chance of having them in your Christmas stocking has been tougher than we thought.
We will have a press release next week that we think will make it worthwhile!
V7 is coming...and so are several other things!
Hold tight, its coming!

I want TOS too, now.
Anyway I can wait for V7....as long as it´s out by Tuesday. After that I´ll stop waiting, renounce Matrix, cancel my orders and never visit the website again.
Really

Its not like we've finished one course of a meal and are idly waiting for the next; PBEM and solo using v6.1 is keeping me plenty busy. Though it does feel like I'm waiting for a new car to be delivered

It gets to the point where you wonder how it can get any better?

v7 is mainly bug fixes, though it does add the ability to play campaigns (all types) against a human controlled AI.
I don't say "against a human opponent" because inmost cases campaigns are stacked for teh AI to have a chance, and generally with a human in charge that side will almost always win, but if the human uses the waypointing functions to "steer the AI" in more intelligent ways than it is capable, then you can get interesting games.
This is not two core forces against each other - that will come in Combat Leader, but gives the opportunity for a human campaigner to be be challenged more adeptly than the AI can...
The OOBs have had the points readjusted and many tweaks made to SMGs, some artillery and formation transport issues addressed.
The "unlimited Barges" and "flying rafts" bugs are fixed.
There are always more OOB issues that pop up, once again. I know several of you have been working on custom OOBs - I will continue to assist answering questions offline as i have time, but the future of oob development rests with you now...
