Anyone knows what the options "Hidden forts" and "victory frontage" in the preferences screen do?

Not sure about victory frontage. Hide forts means it makes the forts/bunkers, etc much harder to spot, an increase in the fog of war...WB

Victory frontage changes the arrangement of victory hexes form 3 groups of 7 to 5 groups of 4.
