Suggest either all DOW's have additional confirmations, or that the Causus Belli window pop in a different location than trade windows, or that buttons be placed in different areas.

Curiosity prompts me to ask who among us ever clicked, or will click, the "wait" for a trade offer.

Hasn't happened to me, but it should be easy enough to add a confirmation after DOW.

I did it once, because I thought that maybe if I decline then they would get pissed at me, but if I tell them oh it has to go through committee and then the full vote and I need to wait for the recommendation from the trade board and so on and so forth...

That was when I used to care what other nations thought about me

Amusing. I remembered I clicked on this button once, but I didn't then remember to go to the committee, if any, for their opinion.
