How Long

I just have one simple question: how long does it normally take to confirm and email a downloaded game that I bought?

Well, there were some issues with serial numbers and the web dude was going to look at them. It may be that your purchase and his work are coinciding.
You shouldn't need the confirmation email...at least I don't remember needing it, the page with the download link had the serial number on it. I just copied it to a text file and saved it.

Those are two different mail servers.
The Members Club serial number email is hosted by us, this one has the kickup with some users.
The email invoice / confirmation email is send out by Digital River directly, the guys that host our shop and the shops download servers too. They have no known issues with sending out those confirmation / invoice emails.

Hi,
did you pay via credit card? Then you should have gotten the email almost instantly, sometimes though as with all web based things it can take longer.
Please also make sure to check your email Spam folder(s) and any securtiy apps you´re running on your system.
