While this is NOT meant to be a definitive perfect move...i suggest it as a starting mode.
step 1 : move the German BB to North Sea-East of England.
step 2 : move 3 INF + 1 ART into Netherlands.
step 3 : the attack...do NOT include naval support in attack on Netherlands. The BB is to keep the Netherland DD in port and not necessarily requiring later additional attention.
step 4 : the East German Hvy Bmbr moves to Paris France...hopefully damaging the French art.
step 5 : 6 G tank move to Paris.
step 6 : NOW, the G BB supports the attack into Paris.

step 7 : to free up the forces of East Europe for Germany
step 7a : move TAC bmbr to Yugoslavia for attack.(from W Germany)
step 8 : move Italian BB to Adriatic Sea.
step 9 : move numerous MIL into Yugoslavia.
step 9a: Consider moving the TAC from S Italy to support the Yug attack.
step 10 : support the MIL with the Italian BB of Adriatic.

step 11 : move 1 inf from W Germany into Denmark
step 12 : move 1 ART + 1 FLAK from W Germany into Denmark. The art keeps the Brit ships honest about visiting the Baltic. The FLAK tries to keep the ART safe from air bombardment.
step 13 : move BB of North Sea from E of England back to Skaggerak or Baltic.

One now has numerous troops available...
W Germany - 2 Hvy Bmbr
- 1 Airborne
- 1 tank
- several FLAK, ART, INF
There is lots of Industry and Resources to FIX. Use of Rail is limited.

Options :
attack Norway

Moving the Italian Fleet to surround Malta will likely lead to battle with the Brits. The supply cost of the moving fleet units is prohibitive. You might consider consolidating in the Adriatic prior to entering the central Med. The supply cost will be cheaper if nothing else.

Another unit or two into N Italy is appropriate to help defend the production.

Air defence of your W Europe gains is a pre-requisite. Lack of air defence will encouarge the Brits to do something useful with their one Hvy Bmbr of S England.
In this regard, I find I am virtually FORCED to build at least one level of Railway in W France(Paris).

The options are numerous...but can lead to you being committed in place for remainder of game. Consider its worthiness in that light. How many turns will I gain something useful or deny such usefulness to the enemy. Greece is best left as a neutral providing resources to your friendly people at the start of the production turn.

The choice of building troops vs building research is an indication of your personal style of play. Those big ships will need supply if you are going to be moving them more than one space during a single turn. On other hand...if you dont use them...you eventually lose them due to being the recipient of an enemy initiative.

Remember to keep an eye on G manpower. This tends to be the most critical weakness of the Germans....along with supply after Jan 44.

Cheers.
