Tobruk

I guess I know the answer I will get to this - "it is the scale of the game!". However, here goes anyway. A key feature of the Desert Campaign was the number of times the Axis and Allied forces moved up and back between Libya and Egypt. The reason for this of course was mainly supply but also the ability of the combatants to perform right (Axis) or left (Allied) hooks on the open flank of the opposition around the Egyptian/Libyan border area. This is not really simulated in the GGWAW map as Tobruk is a single region so the forces have to bludgeon their way through it rather than use manoeuvre as they did irl.

A small change to make Tobruk into two regions (North and South) would provide a much better opportunity to simulate the various desert campaigns. The names could be Cyrenaica for the Northern part and Southern Libya for the Southern part. Tripoli should of course really be called Tripolitania.

I know the game is not meant to simulate tactics but an opportunity to provide the real flavour of one famous series of campaigns is currently being missed for not much gain.
