v1.070 --- its the same - o - when the japs attack the chinese -- if the 1st land attack doesn`t take the area - ( with the 4 added militia ) - and you attack again in the same turn -- then 4 more militia are added -- once is enough i would think -- lol --- plz advise -- -ps sent paul a note too --dont think you need a save on this one -- just try it [;)]

Thats not a bug - its quite intended.

Just dont attack if you dont have the power to take the territory.

well thz Jan for the fast feed back -- but when attacking at 90% -- forcing a retreat should be good in most cases -- knowing that v1.070 now calculates the added militia i be leave -- also do you know if in the other ( non chinese ) areas thet get militia when attacked the same routine occure --- ( endless militia )

Yes, I am well aware that this happens in every territory that gets free MIL when attacked. Thats very much intentional. It may not be entirely realistic if the attacker foolishly throws himself at the territory over and over with inadequate force - but it has the desired effect of making the attacker only go on the attack with proper force into an enemy home country.

I assume you refer to 90% success reported by the Combat Analyzer. Personally, I suggest not putting too much faith into the Combat Analyzer - its simply notoriously incorrect. I documented that a while back in Post about Combat Analyzer including a suggestion on how to improve it. I doubt it will happen though as its likely too much work for too little reward.
