"Do you want to declare war on" popup

In v1.040 I see a popup asking if I am sure I want to DoW a minor.
In v1.070 I dont see this anymore. Maybe its because I have been messing around too much - or maybe it was removed accidently.
Could someone please confirm or deny if they "lost" this pop-up window too when declaring war on a minor in v1.070.

What I
really want is a "Do you want to unfreeze so and so" pop up.
Especially with all of the rule changes, I find it hard to remember exactly what unfreezes whom. For example, I barely scrapped by a victory in one game where I completely dominated as Axis until mid 1942, when Japan decided "what the hell" and invaded Russia (after taking China), only to find the next turn that the Americans had landed on Japan (this was pre 1.070).
There is an icon to remind you of the garison requirements, I'd like to see the same kind of thing for the invasion based unfreeze events.
Since there have been changes with each patch, the only single all authoritative source I have is now the frozen.txt file, and I find myself consulting that through the game as I debate invading southern Persia or not.
