Freeze on multiplayer load

Hi,

I've run into a repeatable freeze/hang immediately on load of a multiplayer game.

Is there anything I can do/send (I still have the save file)? This is a real bummer -- my friend and I have already retrieved our squads, but we're a little leery.

The setup was myself, one AI player running in the background, and one remote Internet player.

I can easily recreate the hang by having 2 local players and one (local) LAN player. No matter what I do, it hangs. [&:]

You are aware that players have to enter in the same order for the reload ? Are all save files available ? Each instance has its own savefile. Network reload was tested and worked at least so this must be special.

At which point does the game hang ? If it shows the map already did you try to press 'Q' to recover the queue ?

We did enter in the same order.

I don't know what "are all save files available" means -- should each player have their own copy of the savefile?

Network save/reload has worked many times before for me, as well.

The game hangs for all clients immediately after entering the map. No keypresses or mouseclicks do anything. I tried 'Q'. Note that fire and smoke were not even animating, I think something was truly hung up.

I still have the savefile, if you want it -- I can reproduce the hang at will with 'local' clients.

ToS has been very stable, *never* crashed or hung on my system -- well, not quite true, battle sometimes crashes if I use alt-tab instead of alt-w.. but like the doctor says, "if it hurts don't do it". [8|]
