Hi, I have problem with the scenario 103 of Andrew Map mod, I am trying to convert the Japanese ships but cannot manage to do so , what am I supposed to do ?

Scenario 103 is a limited map scenario. My understanding is that the Japanese can only convert ships in Osaka, which is not part of the scenario 103 play area.

I thought that in limited map scenario the game behave like UV and you can send your ships off-map by sending them to osake with the send order. Isn't it the case in WITP ?

Not if the "score points for damaged ships" rule is in effect.
