SPWaW: When using rocket artillery, what is the the rate of ammo consumption if firing the units UNRESTRICTED full capability? How much in terms of ammo dumps and/or loaded ammo carriers is required to sustain firing at full capicity before the dumps/ carriers are exhausted-say in a small map 10-13 turn scenario? How much ammo is needed for moderate to large scenarios?

Um a couple of things:
Ammo carriers / dumps have "infinite" ammo but restricted rate of resupply
Some rocket artillery is designed to fire all rockets in a single volley. Fewer rocket artillery units fire only part of their supply in one volley.
You need a lot of ammo resupply to keep rockets operational because rocket reloading is one of the slowest types of reloading.
Use the OOB editor to see what the rocket's rate is. If it is 99, then obviously it is going to fire off all its ammo in one volley.
