To those already in 2002 and those of us catching up with you, a very happy and blessed New Year. Its been a hard year and the world has changed yet again.

But we can be thankful we are still here and have this great hobby to entertain and edify us.

Pop a firecracker or have a sip or give and get hugs from the ones you love. Enjoy your new year!

A safe and Happy New Year to all. And--good luck to the Green Bay Packers in the playoffs! Hopefully New Orleans will be full of cheeseheads come January 27.

Ditto.

Have today (Dec 31st) received MCLV - that's a great way to end a year.
Looking forward to 2002 (MCWT, Combat Leader, Uncommon Valor...).

Happy new year to everyone,

Roland

Wow, here it is, a little over 6 hours till midnight in the Eastern US, and I haven't even cracked open that bottle of Stoli yet! I think it's time. (opens bottle, pours a shot) A toast to all of my gaming buddies. Salut! (gulp) Aaaahh...da, is good wodka. Ha, I just thought of that scene in Star Trek IV (?) where Chekov is asking passersby on a San Francisco street, "Where can I find de nukear wessels?" (gulp) I'll be back in a couple of hours (that is, if I can see the keyboard by then). (gulp)

A Happy New Year's to Matrix and the rest of you.

Had a very nice celebration with friends, lots of champagne, food and hugs. Managed to bring my 17-years-old Volvo, myself and my friends back from the east coast to the west coast in one piece. (Good thing Sweden isn't more than 480 miles coast to coast..) Phew.

Have a grand year, everybody!

AMEN! I hope we can limit the fighting to our computers and our great wargames. May it be so!

And a happy new year to those serving far away from home and loved ones. We thank all of you of all freedom loving countries for your sacrifice.

You are away from home so that we can enjoy being at home. God bless you all!

Sorry this is late, but

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

From the guy on this newsgroup who is probably geographically the closest to Times Square.

I hope everyone hoisted their national beverage skyward to celebrate last night!
