House Rules and DB changes for new CHS game

I am considering starting a new game. I like CHS and play the AI.
In my current game {CHS 1.06}, I am up to 3-27-42. Hong Kong is still strong {IJA only has the 38th Div assaulting and it is nowhere near enough}. Singapore is still in allied hands, but they are down to about a month of supply. Clark/Manila/Bataan are still in allied hands and the IJA looses a couple hundred troops a day to counterbombardment.
Any ideas on what House Rules and Database changes that I should use? Here is what I have so far. Any suggestions on other rules and on how much to increase Japanese production/pilots?
House Rules
1 No evacing units unless the whole unit is removed.
2 No Supply missions to train bomber pilots. All training must be by Training mission {Every bomber has mid-70s EXP in less than three months}
3 Only Stringbags may be used in Naval Attack missions from Singapore before it is taken. {Malayan Air Force was on Gound Attack till Feb--gaining EXP--then they destroyed massive amounts of shipping around Singapore}.
4 Northern Malayan Army units must fight and be forced down the penninsula. {It seems like the AI has trouble with castleing at Singapore}.
5 No replacements for Malaya, Philippines, or Hong Kong.
6 No more than six ships in ASW tf. Four might be better.
7 No less than 2 BBs sunk at Pearl Harbor. Preferably two sunk and two with 90+ Sys. {Keep re-running 1st turn till a good result is obtained}
8 No moving BBs from Pearl Harbor to West Coast till after <75 Sys.
9 PT boats are only used defensively. {Too good of luck in MTBs sallying from Hong Kong and hitting nearby convoys}.
10 Perhaps not putting troops at Clark or Singapore on Bombardment when the IJA attacks them?
Database Changes
1 Maryland and Tennessee arrive 12-8-41 with 30 Sys, 10 Flood and 10 Fires.
2 Pennsylvania arrives 12-8-41 with 30 Sys and 10 Fires, and cannot be moved till reduced to 5 Sys or less {I've read her props were off}.
3 All planes at Pearl Harbor are on stand down.
4 Double Japanese pilot replacements.
5 Increase Japanese Pilot Pool.
6 Lower Fortifications at Hong Kong.
7 Increase Plane Production.
