I can't repair infrastructure out of the repair screen.
I can not click on the wrench symbol next to the region.
I can only repair it by right clicking on the units in the territory .
What am i doing wrong?

Hi Bob

During the movement phase you can use either method. For some reason you can only use the method you explain during production. I have a feeling its a bug that you repair during production at all but we will have to ask Joel Billings what the intend is.

Please confirm if this fits with your experience.

Indeed, in movement mode you can repair infrastructure in this way.
As this is clearly a part of production phase- as stated in the manual,this seems a bug.

it does seem a bit arse about face

Although I'm not sure about the original design, I think late in development we intended to leave the ability to repair during the production phase as it makes things easier for the players without giving them any other advantage that we know of (more transport capacity, etc.). Ideally both methods should allow repair.

Yes, that is a bug introduced recently. It will hopefully be fixed in the next patch.

In my latest game, I had the same problem, nothing in the repair screen, can only repair directly on the map.  I had patched the game with the latest patch.

Ok just read the sticky about the repair bug, I tought I was alone with this problem
