Need two opponents

I am looking to play 2 PBEM games. One as the Allies and one as Japan.
I would like to play these games as mirrors, using the same map, senario
and house rules. I do want to wait unitl the official next patch is
available. Because I want these game to be as close to matched as I can
I am starting a bit early on requesting them.
My prefference is Andrews extended map and the CHS senario 155( version 1.06).
For game settings:
Both sub doctrines OFF
FOW ON
Advanced weather ON
Alied Damage control ON
Historical first turn OFF
Player Defined Upgrades ON ( please see house rules )
Vary setup up OFF
December 7th surprise ON
Both reinforcements +/- 15 days ( could also use 90 days )
Combat replay ON
Auto sub ops OFF
1 day turns
Set all facilities to expand at start OFF
Automatic upgrade for air groups OFF
Accept air and ground replacements OFF
Show Combat Animations ON
Show Combat Summaries ON
Show Clouds ON
House rules
1. Units from restricted commands must pay PP costs to march to another
command area. This would be IJA Manchucko units and units of both sides
assigned to China. The Allied player would have to pay PPs to move
units assigned to China to Burma or India. This includes Air units.
2. With PDU on I am going to propose the following. Maximum aircraft at
a base is calculated as (Number of Engines) = ((air base size ) * 50) + 24.
A table will help
Exception to this rule is starting in 1944 the Allies can ignore this rule
for bases in the Marianas, PI, Okinawa, and Formosa.
3. You or I make a mistake, tough, no redos. If you can convince me or I
can convince you that the program hosed you, we can talk about it. I am thinking
of things like units that disappers, and/or teleport. You lose your CVs because
you forgot to set something, it is war.
I am open to any other house rules but I would like then to apply to both sides.
I am hopeful that the new patch will correct some of the ASW problems, reports from
the 1.795beta seemed to be encourging.
