I have looked thru the members area and cant find the new 1.2.16 beta patch... can anyone tell me where it actually is? Or is it broken?

Have you registered your game in the members area? If you haven't that is where you start, by registering. Once registered you log in to the member area and a list of games with patches will be listed. COG patch is there.
