See below examples of leather helmet design (first two helmets). The third helmet is a template that I use to recreate one type design of helmets used during the leather helmet days. I use a combination of Microsoft Paint, Paint Shop Pro 4 and Paint Shop Pro 6 in my work with uniform and field art.
