Ok, not overly savey, my old copy will not run on XP. If they made one that ran on XP, I would buy it on that point alone!!!!!!!!!!!

It will run on XP - You need to do the following:

1) Find the exe files Opart CW and Opart 300 CW
2) Right Click on any of them
3) Click on Properties
4) Make sure to set the compatibility to Win 2000
5) Click Done
6) Repeat for the other exe so both have the same compatibility settings
